Kata Secrets Seminar

this class will cover Naihanchi kata, focusing on the self defense application of the moves of the kata. Students will discover the meaning behind the moves and how to use them for practical self defense. This seminar will be taught by Sensei Mike Cwiklinski, 5th degree black belt.
