Self defense is important for everyone. And this class will give you some basic skills and knowledge about how to deal with common self defense situations such as grabs, chokes, punches and more. We’ll also cover common-sensei tactics that can help you avoid dangerous situations.
This class is for women and girls (ages 12 and up).
Wear sweats, sneakers
This is an active class but doesn’t require athletic skills
The class will be taught by experienced black belt instructors
