Combining elements of kickboxing, martial arts, muscle-toning, cardio and flexibility, this class has it all.  All ages and fitness levels will love this upbeat and fast-paced fitness kickboxing class. There is no better way to shed pounds and build muscle in every single part of your body. Classes are 50 minutes long and are held at our Penfield location.  New members can start anytime.  You’ll meet new friends, challenge yourself in a fun and exciting way and feel the benefits after even just a few classes.   Try it out – you’ll love it!
